I am a PhD research student at the University of Worcester. My PhD concentrates on agricultural geography investigating farmers understanding of climate change. Alongside my research I also assist with the lecturing of undergraduate modules and fieldtrips.

I graduated with BSc (hons) First Class degree in Geography and Natural Hazards from Coventry University. I previously worked as a research assistant at the Countryside and Community Research Institute, University of Gloucestershire. Here I was involved in a vast range of rural geography focused projects for organisations such as Natural England, Defra, Exmoor National Park and the Farming and Wildlife Advisory Group. Alongside this, I also have experience in international research through volunteering with Action for Social Advancement, In Bhopal India over the summer of 2009. Here I worked with marginal and tribal farmers to help engage farmers in agribuisness.

I am passionate about geography as a subject and willing to help will all levels from KS3, GCSES, AS-level, A2-level, as well as university undergraduates. I think that geography is a subject that is understood most effectively when applied and considered in 'real -world' scenarios, and endeavour to bring my research experience to help the subject become more interesting

Availability: I am available most weekdays after 5pm, and am available some weekends.

Willing to travel: 15 miles

Experience: I have a wide and varied experience within the subject spanning both human and physical geography. I presently teach undergraduates in the pratical applications of geography. I have mentored other students at university, and have a long teaching and coaching experience of sports.
