I am reliable, punctual and diligent. Throughout my experience lecturing and small-group teaching at undergraduate and primary school levels, I have come to believe that learning is a cooperative process, one that requires the active attention of both parties. One of the most efficient ways to learn is to articulate your own knowledge and to test this knowledge against the judgment of others. I emphasize this kind of understanding throughout our lessons.

Each lesson plan is tailored to the specific needs and requirements of your goals: what you want to achieve and how to achieve it in an efficient and reasonable manner.

Availability: Mon - Fri (except Wed); Saturday and Sunday Mornings

Experience: I have experience teaching and tutoring English language and literature and Critical Thinking at the undergraduate as well as primary school levels. I currently supervise undergraduate dissertations at the University of Cambridge, as well as private tuition for the GCSE in English. I also have experience marking the Oxford entrance examinations in English.

Qualifications: I am currently a PhD student in English at the University of Cambridge. I also hold an M.A. in English Language and Literature from Brooklyn College, Brooklyn, NY (USA), and a B.A. in English and Philosophy from Stonehill College, Easton, MA (USA).
