I have taught adults and children of all abilities, up to A-level, for over 3o years and my main subjects are English and History. During that time I have built up an understanding of how important language skills are for every student and the importance individual learning plans to enable them to achieve their full potential.
I recently ran an A-Level course in the evening at Richmond Adult and Community College and taught at Hampton Court Palace on a part-time basis.
At present I teach adult offenders Literacy and Numeracy for the London Probation Service.
Availability: Fridays and evenings midweek.
Willing to travel: 5 miles
Experience: My teaching experience is more than 30 years, covering all abilities up to A-level. I began in a mainstream school, then spent several years in a special residential establishment, teaching children with behavioural and emotional problems.
Qualifications: 7 O-Levels.
