I am a highly qualified and effective teacher [With Qualified Teaching Status] specializing in French from basic Functional skills through to A level. I can help students to express themselves academically in order to achieve qualifications.

I have a BA (Hons) degree in International Business Studies and French, a subject specialism modern languages as well as a PGCE in Secondary Modern languages (French and Spanish).

I am friendly, extremely approachable and have a relaxed approach.

Experience: Work based
• I currently work in a secondary school teaching ks3 and ks4 French and spanish.
• This enabled maintenance and development of teaching experience, applied communication skills, classroom management as well as time management, pupil interaction and support.

PGCE
• I undertook placements in the modern language departments of both centres.
• My practice developed a range of skills and roles to prepare and develop my teaching and extra-academic skills.
• Roles ranged from assistant form tutor, preparing and managing my own lessons as well as PSHE lessons.
