I am proficient in the installation, optimisation of computer hardware and software, internet software, web page development, programming, networking and other related applications. My strengths also include the use of the complete MS Office package such as Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook.

As an IT Support Officer, I provide training courses for our employees so that they may better understand and appreciate the value of IT. As such, I already know the basis on how to teach and conduct lesson plans.
