I'm a 28 year old PGCE student who is coming to the end of her final teaching practice. I begin my first teaching post this September 2011 at an oversubscribed school that OFSTED have rated as "Outstanding", where I'll be teaching Chemistry, Physics and Biology to Key Stage 3 (11 - 14yrs) and specialising in Chemistry at GCSE and A Level.

I love working with young people and enjoy teaching very much indeed!

I believe in employing a wide range of activities and using my passion for science to engage the learner and therefore promote understanding. I can easily access a range of resources gained from my teaching experience to include past papers and mark schemes, worksheets, PowerPoint presentations and short video clips of practicals that may otherwise be difficult to carry out in the home (!)

Availability: I'm available during the evenings and weekends and possibly during weekdays depending on the date.
