I offer a wide range of workshops including Reiki, women's spirituality, and women's empowerment.
Availability: I run regular Shantihi Reiki classes once a month in Southampton. I also run occasional women's workshops in the UK and overseas.
Experience: I have over ten years as a Shantihi Reiki teacher. I teach a non traditional high vibrational form of Reiki. I provide a good general background in energy and chakra healing and offer unique exercises and symbols for increasing vibration and spiritual growth.
I also teach women's workshops worldwide based on my books 'Red Moon' and 'The Optimized Woman' which help women to understand the positive and empowering sexual, spiritual and creative energies that lie in their menstrual cycles.
Qualifications: Golden Age Reiki Master, Melchizedek Method teacher, Life-coach, published author worldwide.
