Incorporating ‘Active Learning’ in all his activities, games, distance learning programmes and workshops. Working in partnership with educators, facilitators and trainers making a difference to Primary children, Youth to Young Adults and Training Professionals, Teachers, Educators through Adventure Activity days, Life and Business Skills Workshops, Performance Coaching, Distance Learning Programmes and Team Building Games.
As a qualified Performance Coach Ian can help you personally customise your Team building and Leadership needs of your clients or team members. He has worked with individuals, groups of 8 to 160+ and also presented to audiences of over 1,700..............

We run workshops in-house, do both one-to-one and group Coaching for private or professional entrepreneur's. We provide Facilitator Training for you and your staff. We can organise Residential's for overnight retreats or outdoor education in our Linwood Warren Lincolnshire venue.
All our products and services have one aim in mind to provide fellow professionals with additional streams of income or save time and money in developing content or delivery of training sessions whilst being more effective and having fun!
