I am a young but experienced singer, actress and dancer from Greece, currently based in London. I'm offering singing lessons to help you discover and cultivate your singing voice and develop basic performing skills.

In our sessions and according to your needs and aims, we will work on:

- Voice technique
(preparing your body and mind, voice warm ups, breath control, posture, pitch/ear training, range expansion, vibrato, vocal health)

- Repertory of your choice
(Jazz standards, Pop/Rock, Musical, your own songs maybe?)

- Aspects of performance
(Lyrics interpretation, acting basics, staging the song, gesture, movement or even choreography!)


All ages are welcome! I offer one-to-one lessons or coaching for small groups.

Experience: I have rich performing experience in all three disciplines. I have sung live as lead vocalist (f.ex. with the jazz band Beyond the lines, with the world music band Bossa Lova or collaborating with musicians and established formations on original material f.ex. with the composer Alexis Pope or the European Music Project in Berlin), as background singer (f.ex. with the gospel band Yosoul) and in choirs (f.ex. with the Philharmonic Choir of the Humboldt University in Berlin). I have also collaborated in studio with a number of musicians (f.ex. with the electronic world music project Dubdiver). I have acted on stage and in a number of short films, commercials and music videos. As a dancer I have performed in a number of commercial showcases and events (venues such as ITB, L'Oréal, G-Data, Basel World etc).

Qualifications: I have been trained in acting at East 15 Acting School (MA Acting International) and the European Theatre Institute (ETI) in Berlin (acting foundation) as well as in various workshops with renomated teachers (Lee Strassberg Method Acting, Physical theatre, Clown, camera acting).

I have trained in voice at music schools such as the ``Philippos Nakas´´ Conservatory and the ``Ichomorfes´´ Conservatory in Athens, as well as privately with teachers such as Mike Cinnamon and Caroline McPherson, in classical, pop and jazz singing.

I have trained in dance at dance schools such as the Diana Theodoridou School of Ballet in Athens and the Balletcentrum and Musicalschool in Berlin,in classical ballet,jazz, contemporary, musical, laban.

In addition I hold a 1st class honours Bachelor’s degree in Greek Literature, Linguistics and Language Pedagogy (University of Athens, Greece) and I am a PhD candidate at the Humboldt University in Berlin (Cultural studies, Institute for Aesthetics).
