Hola, I am a University Educated Native Spanish Speaker residing permanently in the UK and with close ties to Cuba, my native country. I am a professional translator with years of experience in translating documents from English into Spanish and I have some experience as a Spanish teacher. I find it very rewarding and I enjoy helping others to learn a new language or improve their knowledge and skills they have already got.
I design my lessons specifically for the students, working at their own speed and focusing on what they prefer the most, speaking, pronunciation, reading, listening, writing, vocabulary, grammar or other. I will develop a learning plan to suit each person`s needs, goals and abilities. I enjoy teaching people of all ages and levels, beginners or more advanced.

Experience: I worked as an English Teacher at a Secondary School in Cuba for 1 year and I have taught the Spanish Language to some English speaking adults who visited the country as tourists.Since I started tutoring in England on January 2012 I have been teaching the language to adults and to young children which have given me more practical experience and ideas for using new and different ways to teach according to their personal skills,personalities and aims. I have good rapport with my students and I encourage them to review at home what they have already learned in my lessons for them to be able to reach their goals quicker and move a step forward. I have also a good and useful activity book which helps the students to do practical exercises during the lessons if they wish.
