I completed my master degree with major subjects in Microbiology, Fermentation Technology, Biochemistry, Cereal Technology, Dairy Technology, Fruits Vegetable and Cereal Technology. Two years of industrial experience including Milk fat Estimation, SNF Determination, Organolaptic Test, C.O.B Test, Alcohol Test, M.B.R.T and others. Well versed with microbiological techniques used in food testing and Research labs. Worked as lecturer teaching undergraduate students with major subjects as Microbiology, Dairy Technology, Quality Assurance and Oils & Fats Tech. Also have hands on experience in Quality Analysis of food.

Availability: Full Day from 6th Jan 2012 onwards (Including Weekends)

Experience: • Worked as Lecturer in Food Science and Technology department
• Level of students : Undergraduate student (In all the four years of their degree course)
• Major Subjects taught: Microbiology, Dairy Technology, Quality Assurance and Oils and Fats Technology. Giving practical sessions in various laborites.
• Helping children in their studies and all areas of the national curriculum.
• Providing general support and one-to-one assistance for pupils.
