I am a native speaker of both Mandarin and Cantonese and have taught all my working life, mainly in China.
In China I was awarded English majors in Shao Guan College, course 1978-1981 and a Degree in English from Guang Dong Education Institute 1992-1995.
I also have a Certificate of Proficiency in Mandarin issued by the Chinese Government and having lived in Bristol since 2007 passed the PTLLS (Preparing to Teach in the lifelong Learning Sector) Level 3 ,city & guilds 7303
