ks3 level: £12 per hourI am 21, currently studying Ancient History at the University of Reading and am planning to complete my teaching certificate once I have finished my degree. I initially started a Maths degree but switched to Ancient History as this is the area I would like to teach in the future.
My purpose for becoming a tutor is to get some first hand experience with teaching before starting my teaching certificate.
I am happy to provide tuition in Maths and History up to GCSE level and will provide tuition in Geography up to Key Stage 3.
Availability: Weekdays any time from August to September 2011.
Weekday evenings after 5pm and Saturdays from October 2011.
Willing to travel: 4 miles
Experience: No formal experience as a tutor but have done work experience in a primary school.
Qualifications: GCSE's:
A*A* - Science Double Award.
A* - Geography.
A - Maths, English, English Literature, History, Art, Religious Studies, Graphic Products, Business Studies.
B - Statistics.
AS-Levels:
Further Maths-(B)
A-Levels:
Maths-(A); Biology-(B); Geography-(C).
Currently studying for a BA Hons in Ancient History.
