I am a free lance musician based in London. As an active violin performer I am experienced in several different music styles (from Classical Orchestra and Chamber Music to Contemporary, Jazz and Folk Ensembles that require improvisation). I have performed in many different countries such as Spain, Italy, Netherlands, United Kingdom and Ireland. I currently play in a number of ensembles such as Mediterranean Duo (violin and piano).


Tutoring Experience

My experience of education and outreach work includes large groups, small groups and one-to-one tuition in musicianship, violin and piano through to delivering compositional and singing workshops for larger groups of students.

I have students from 3 years old to 56 and I have prepared a number of them to pass different exams such as ABRSM grades 1 to 8 and Music Medals. As an Instrumental Violin Teacher in Primary Schools, I have developed my own teaching method which cover general musicianship at the same time as learning the basics of violin technique. Sol-fa and American Notation are cover to ensure a great musical understanding. My Beginners Book 1 and its 2 CDs (performance & play along) have recently been published.
