I am currently in the final year of my PhD, which is on linguistic representations of masculinity in women's magazines. I mainly teach in the areas of English language deion, sociolinguistics, stylistics, languag & gender, and corpus linguistics.

Experience: I have been lecturing in English language at a higher education institution for two years. I have experience of teaching a wide range of students, and therefore understand the different learning needs and motivations of both young and mature adult learners.
