Hi,

I am looking for a tutor to assist me in completing my final AAT level 4 module (PDSY Synoptic Assessment) this is AQA 2016. I have until 30th September 2023 to complete the exam.

I am struggling with the preparation. Getting my head around the exam technique and just unsure that I am not preparing properly. As a result, I have given up and stopped studying, because I feel it is not working – I feel like I don’t know anything.

I have the study text material with tasks and practice exams from First Intuition but going through it on my own, isn’t a studying style that is working. During Level 2, 3 & 4, I passed all the exams first time but was attending night classes, so I had that interaction with other learners and tutors.

I work in finance, so things are extremely busy with month end and on-going projects. I thoroughly enjoy my role and use that as a reason not to focus on studying, especially having to do it during evenings or on weekends. I am just not motivated, as there is no one to go through the work with, discuss a plan or action and most importantly, let me know where I have gone wrong.

I spoke to my FD and she has granted me study leave (4 x Thursdays in July and 5 x Thursdays in August). I have to take my exam by 30th September and will book this once I have found a suitable tutor.

Is this something that you could assist me with?
