I am currently studying for a PhD in Economics. I hold a Masters degree in Economics (grade merit) from the University of Birmingham and a bachelors degree in Politics and Economics (2:1 Honours) from Brunel University.

I have been tutoring for over four years. I tutor students from primary school up to A-Levels in the following: Mathematics, English Language, Arabic, Science (biology, chemistry and physics) and Economics. I am particularly strong in working with children with learning or behavioural difficulties. I have no fixed teaching style but prefer to tailor it individually to the requirements of the particular student. I also place a strong emphasis on exam preparation and technique. In all cases, I encourage my students to reach their full potential academically. I have excellent reports from previous tutees and their parents. I have experience tutoring one to one and also in a class room/large group environment.

I am a very personable, intellectual and mature individual who possess an extremely strong work ethic. I love engaging with a wide range of people from different backgrounds, traditions and cultures and encouraging positive thinking in others. I am fluent in English and Arabic, both written and spoken. Finally, I hold a CRB check.
