I am currently working at MHS teaching art and design, however I have broad experience in teaching Maths and English skills in Key Stages 1,2 and 3. I strive to promote a confident, individual and diverse approach to learning in all students, and know that my teaching philosophy lends itself to developing independent thinkers and learners.
I have recently undertaken a study investigating how Literacy can support learning and progress across the curriculum which has ensured that I am an innovative teacher across a broad subject base.
As my recent observations and continuous feedback testify, I am a highly organized, well motivated artist teacher, whose passion for knowledge, learning and accomplishment in all aspects of art, maths, english and literacy will encourage, reassure and make demands on all students, enabling them to reach their full potential.
