Hello, I'm a German native speaker and live in Glasgow with my partner and our two young children. I was myself and enthusiast learner and are still committed to study and research. I'll start a MSc by Research at the University of Edinburgh in September this year. My goal is to become a University lecturer, hence my interest in becoming a tutor.
Availability: I'm available on weekday evenings from 7.30 to 9.30 and on weekends.

Experience: After I finished school in Germany I became an Au-Pair in the Netherlands and learned to speak Dutch. I went back to Germany to study Cultural Sciences, Psychology. Dutch and Theatre studies. I have worked as a tutor for English while I was at secondary school in Germany. I also worked as a student adviser at the University of Leipzig.
Qualifications: I have a Masters degree in Cultural Sciences (which includes History, Sociology and Philosophy) and Psychology. I am able to offer tutoring in German, Dutch and any of those areas mentioned above. However, my historical knowledge is very much focused on German and British and in particular Scottish history and my sociological knowledge confined to social theory and religious sociology.
