I am an experienced English Teacher with in excess of 10 years demonstrated success teaching, motivating and directing students while maintaining high interest and achievement. I manage teaching resources to facilitate best possible teaching and utilise teaching methods to satisfy different requirements. I am able to articulate well and to effectively interact with diverse populations of students at varying levels of ability.
I have a genuine interest in helping not just the most talented but also the less able to achieve their full potential. I have the ability to remain calm and patient under pressure. I have high levels of creativity, strong organisational, administrative and record-keeping skills including targets and tracking. I have a passion for my subject and a commitment to remaining up-to-date with new developments in my subject and in education generally.
