Josie (Tutor)

My name is Josie and I am available as a tutor for pupils studying History and Religious Studies. After completing my A levels in History, English Literature and Religious Education I went on to get a degree in History and Study of religions. I really enjoyed my studies, but I know how difficult it can be sometimes, whether its a looming project, exam or presentation. I also understand how stressful the process of applying to university can be and the dreaded personal statement! Throughout all of these everyone could use a helping hand once in a while! If you are looking for someone to help you understand complicated topics in a fun and friendly environment I would love to help.

Availability: Mostly evenings and weekends but flexible.

Experience: I have a lot of experience working with young people and children. Whilst at school I worked with young people that found it very difficult to read. In addition to this I have volunteered and had work experience placements at primary schools and secondary schools. I also worked for a short while with a local Rainbow Group.

Qualifications: GCSE`s - Three B grade, four C grade and two D grade.
AS levels - Three grade B
A levels - One B and two C
