Job search, CV writing and interview skills are essential these days, where there is so much competition. I can provide coaching, do role plays, critique CVs - all to help you get that great head start.

I work as an Outplacement and Career Coach (helping those who've been made redundant with the skills to get them back into work) and also as a recruiter, spending much time screening CVs and applications, and carrying out interviews on behalf of large multinational organisations.

I have very current experience of what works and what doesn't, from both ends of the spectrum.
Even if still in education, at some point you'll need to start thinking about getting a job, even if it's a part time one while you're studying - and you need to be able to stand out among all the others.

My graduate recruitment activities in particular help me to understand where so many applicants go wrong, and how easy it is to help you to get it right.

Experience: As well as being a professional coach and recruiter, I have many years experience in business as a coach and trainer, and have trained many Managers and Team Leaders to interview effectively and legally. Additionally, I visit local schools in Manchester on a voluntary basis, to provide interview practice, and have a background in youth counselling.
