Law (gcse, degree, adult-learner, a-level)
I recently graduated from the University of Warwick where I achieved a strong 2.1 degree in Law. I gained distinctions in Property Law, Tort Law, Criminal Law, Contract Law, Financial Services Law, Tax Law and Commercial Law.
Unlike many law graduates, I studied sciences during A-levels. I have ‘A’ grades in Mathematics, Chemistry and Physics. I was also awarded the Chiver’s prize for physics by the King Edwards Association.
Approach to tutoring
My approach to tutoring is a reflection of my own methods of study; I strive to ensure that students fully understand the concepts that they are required to know. I am patient and communicate ideas in a simple, easy- to –understand format. When a student has understood a concept, I use past papers and other examples to illustrate how the student should be using these ideas in exams and assessments.
Having achieved a number of accolades for my written pieces throughout my degree, I am happy to proof read and make suggestions for students’ assignments.
