I have been a teacher for 25+ years & have taught in schools, colleges, adult institutes, rehab. centres etc. The subjects I teach are Maths. English & Science. Verbal/Non-Verbal Reasoning, Reading/Writing & Spelling.
I think it is very important to adjust to the student because individuals learn in differnt ways &nd there isn't one set method. It is also very important for the pupil & tutor to have good communcation otherwise true learning does not take place. Therefore it is good for the tutor to be flexible.
