Experience: I am an experienced Tutor in Food Hygiene and Health and Safety qualifications who is registered with the CIEH and RSPH. I have the ability to create a stimulating learning environment for students by being motivated, enthusiastic and confident, and using effective tutoring methods to provide fun interactive training.
I have many clients from a variety of different sectors, including: adult community and further education colleges; a registered charity assisting young people with special needs; training management companies; organisations assisting the long-term unemployed; and community centres. I specialise in group training at the client’s choice of location, and courses can be run on weekdays, evenings and weekends throughout Essex, Kent and London.
I am a registered Centre and Trainer with the CIEH to tutor the Level 2 Award in Food Safety in Catering, Trainer Number: 024601.

I supply all course materials and course books and my courses use powerpoint presentations and group and individual activities. Certificates are presented to the client within 2-4 weeks of the course date. I possess a Criminal Record Bureau Check dated 8th March 2010.
