Explore Learning is an education centre based in the Highcross Shopping Centre. We provide individualised work for all children from the ages of 5-14.
Our membership works on a flexible drop-off basis, and members can attend the centre up to twice a week.
We offer a wide curriculum at Explore, with specialist courses on Creative Writing, Entrance Exams, Enrichment maths for gifted mathematicians and Secondary school courses.
Availability: Explore Learning is open 7 days a week from 3pm-8pm after school and 10-6 on a Saturday and 11-5 on a Sunday
Experience: We have a wide range of experience at Explore Learning. All members of management are univeristy graduates, and all part-time staff have extensive experience in working with children in an educational capacity. Some of our tutors are studying for professional teaching qualifications, and others work in schools as teaching assistants.
Qualifications: All management, and the majority of out part-time staff are university graduates, or studying for degrees. All staff who are employed by Explore Learning undertake an internal training programme on the National Curriculum, Special Educational Needs and Child Protection Issues.
All staff have an Enhanced CRB check, and there is a qualified First Aid certified member of staff on the premisis at all times.
