I'm currently taking a year out from university, after deciding to change my course. I have an excellent grasp of the English language, along with a keen interest in history and religious studies. Having had a private tutor when I was younger, I can say from experience that one-on-one teaching is an exceptional way of supplementing one's education. My tutor had a profound effect on me, and made me seek knowledge for its own sake. I hope to pass on this zeal to others.

I have not had much experience teaching yet, however, a close friend of mine is a tutor, who specializes with children who have disabilities, has given me much advice, and I am confident in my abilities.

I hope to teach English (literature and language), Religious Education and History to anyone studying for SATs (both year 6 and 9), GCSEs, and A Level (English Literature and Philosophy only), or indeed to anyone hoping to further their skills in these areas.

Availability: I am available after schools and on Saturday and Sunday after 12pm.

I am able to accommodate, but I am also willing to travel, though only around the city of York
