Hey there, I`m Dr Funmi, a medical doctor, dynamic educator and STEM enthusiast.
I hold a First Class Honours degree in Chemistry from Queen Mary University London, a PG CERT in OBGYN and of course my medical degree MBCHb.
Beyond the hospital, my passion lies in inspiring young minds and nurturing academic growth.
As a former London UKY Parliament representative, I have a rich history of community engagement and leadership. I founded TIMS – The Institute of Mad Science, aiming to promote STEM education for youth globally. With my commitment to holistic development, I offer personalised tutoring beyond academics, tailoring methods to individual needs.
My infectious enthusiasm ensures each session leaves students motivated and empowered.

Funmi is such a great tutor! She really helps with all aspects of study such as timetables, techniques, study methods and of course the content. I find how she teaches is beneficial and I can understand concepts much quicker than usual. She is so easy to speak to and get along with. Very motivating!

Fun is enthusiasm for her subject is infectious! She is a fantastic tutor sensitive to her pupils needs and able to adapt her sessions to support them effectively. She has improved my daughters understanding and confidence in chemistry and is has been a pleasure to have her within our home.
