I am a qualified accountant working in the city and tutoring on a part-time basis. I am currently working closely with a tutor on a new Saturday school project. I have experience of tutoring primary and secondary school children (5 to 16 year olds). I can teach Maths, English and Science (Key Stage 1, 2, 3 & 4). I can also teach A Level Maths, Accounts, Economics and Business Studies. Also Undergraduate level Accounting and Finance modules, Post Graduate level and Masters level in all finance disciplines. I can also teach professional ACCA papers including exam revision kit.

Experience: I have a large range of teaching experience from the very young to adult. I enjoy teaching and considered to have a caring approach. I always make sure that learning takes place in a relaxed and studious environment. I have been told that my approach to teaching makes it enjoyable for my students as I am considered patient and very approachable. I am happy to travel up to 10 miles from my home and I am currently available Friday evenings and weekends.
I regularly give tuition to individuals and small groups of students at A Level and undergraduate level, and offer friendly, relaxed sessions, tailored exactly to what the pupil requires. I can offer general education advice and find that my pupils normally make speedy progress towards their study targets.

Primary School Maths & English (Key Stage 1 & 2)
I can tutor primary school children (5 to 11 year olds). I teach Maths, English & Science (Key Stage 1, & 2). I have significantly improved children’s reading ability, handwriting and helped with home learning projects. I can teach basic maths techniques as well as the timetables to help children improve their numeracy skills.
I use easy to follow English and Maths worksheets and materials. I encourage children to enjoy their learning using creative ideas to do their spelling tests, solving number problems, punctuation and grammar exercises etc.

GCSE Maths, English and Sciences
I have experience of tutoring secondary school children (11 to 16 year olds). I can teach Maths, English & Sciences (Key Stage 3 & 4).

A Level Maths, Accounts, Business Studies & Economics

Undergraduate, Post Graduate, Masters level in all finance including accounting modules
I have experience of tutoring undergraduates studying for their Accounting and Finance degree modules.

ACCA professional papers
I also tutor part-qualified/finalist accountants on professional ACCA papers. I am up to date with the syllabus and exam revision kit to prepare a student for their examinations. I am currently tutoring several students for the December examinations. A number of my students have passed papers on their first attempt.
