I have recently completed an English Literature degree with Lancaster University. I now live in Lancaster permenatly, and will be begining a Masters Degree in October.

I am offering tuition for all ages, with my strongest areas being GCSE English, History and Religious Studies, and A-Level English and Religious Studies.

I am also offering essay writing tutorage for all subjects, as I understand the skills required to write a good essay are difficult to learn and may take time to practice.

Students who are struggling with coursework or revision will benefit from my experience as a mentor, from which I have learnt important teaching methods that can make learning a much easier process.

Experience: I have previous experience as a classroom volunteer at a local school, where I accompanied Children from nurture groups into lessons to help them with their lessons.


I also have expereince working as an Aimhigher Associate, working with five year 9 pupils, teaching them study skills aimed at improving the quality of their school work. The role also included providing learners with information about careers and university oppertunities, which I found gave them extra motivation to work hard and achieve goals set by themselves for the future.


I also have priamry experience, ranging from classroom volunteering, to one day events at Lancaster University, such as maths challenge days.


I have found all my teaching experience valuable and rewarding and hope that I can extend this experience
