Personal Descri ption:
I studied Classical Studies at Reading University, mainly focusing on Latin Literature. I also studied German at university. I mainly teach Latin and English as a Foreign Language and Literacy for students with dyslexia, but am also willing to teach German, and English Literature. I like teaching both children and adults (and teenagers!),

Teaching Experience:
I have taught English as foreign language freelance to people from many different countries and language levels.. I have also tutored various children for exams, and provided one-to-one support to dyslexic students.

Tutoring Approach:
I am trained in the Communicative Method of teaching languages. This means that the the lessons are centred around what the student needs to learn, and are based on boosting the student`s confidence in the language and encouraging them to use the language as much as possible, without becoming scared of making mistakes. I aim to make my lessons both fun and effective, and to make the students feel like they are making real progress

Availability: Most days/evenings except Wednesdays

Experience: 5 years teaching experience teaching adults, children and teenagers.

Qualifications: BA Classical Studies, CELTA, currently studying for MA in Illustration
