primary level: £25 per hourI offer tutoring for primary age pupils in maths and literacy. I like to adopt a very child centred approach to tutoring, tailoring sessions according to your child's unique needs, learning styles and interests. I teach through games and investigations as well as written work. I am always willing to adapt my teaching in order to accomodate you and your child. I always offer feedback after each lesson and strive to ensure effective communication between myself and parents.
I prefer to tutor in my home as I believe that this way the children are more able to concentrate, however I am willing to travel to your home if required.
Availability: Tuesday-Thursday from 5pm
All day Saturday.
Afternoons and evenings Sunday.
Willing to travel: 2 miles
Experience: Primary teacher since 2004. Previous tutoring experience in maths, literacy, additional educational needs and preparation for 11 plus exams.
