I am a French and Psychology student at the university of Lancaster, therefore I have been through GCSE and A level French and therefore have a pretty good understanding of how everything works.

I aim to provide a teaching style that will be successful but also fun e.g. using debates on subjects of interest for speaking and writing pratice.

I feel that I am reliable, trustworthy and organised.

Availability: I am currently studying at Lancaster University so I'm available to tutor in Lancaster during term time and over the internet during holiday (if required).

As a student I can be quite flexible with times so I will try as much as possible to fit my schedule around yours.

Experience: I have a lot of experience with helping people to learn and quite a lot of experience working with children and teenagers from 5 to 16 years.
In secondary school I was part of the paired reading scheme where I helped year 7 students who struggled with their reading.

Also I Helped to teach dance lessons for a couple of years before university.

Currently I am part of Lancaster university's volunteering scheme in which I frequently work with children on numerous different tasks.

As well as this I was a guide leader for two years before university. In this role I had to organize and supervise various different tasks for girls aged 10-14 years.

Between years 12 and 13 I did a weeks work experience in a French creche where I had to play with the children, help to organize activities, help to feed the children and generally help with the day to day running of the creche.

Also I feel that having been through GCSE and A level French quite recently will be useful to students as I have a good understanding of the way in which they work and what is required to obtain top marks.
