I am a hard working self motivated person who enjoys working in a team, but I am equally happy using my own initiative and taking responsibility for myself and others. I am a natural leader and enjoy the challenge of making informed decisions and seeing them through. I consider myself to have a vibrant and outgoing personality, combined with excellent communication skills and remain confident under pressure. I am generally good natured with a contagious sense of humour. I enjoy problem solving and believe I have a natural ability to adapt well to new situations.
