Hello, I am available short-term to teach Biology for all abilities and levels. I'm 28 and clearly remember the horror of school exams, especially AS levels. I am very thorough, organized and hardworking and I would expect my tutees to work hard too. Each tutee is an individual so I would determine their weaker subjects and improve their confidence in these areas. In general, if teaching GCSE and above I would follow the curriculum and focus on past exam papers. I think it's important for students to know about current affairs, which may motivate them to be more interested in the curriculum. Therefore, I may briefly introduce them to aspects of biology they wouldn't necessarily learn at school/university.

Availability: Weekdays, eves and weekends

Willing to travel: 10 miles

Experience: I have mentored several Master students at UCL, not only with exam help but also essays, which are similar to coursework.

Qualifications: PhD, MRes and BSc (Hons) in biological sciences
