English (primary, ks3, gcse, a-level)
History (primary, ks3, gcse, a-level)
After graduating from Oxford University, I moved to London and began a Masters at Kings College. In September, I will start a law conversion course at City Law School.
I love working as a tutor because I have a genuine passion for both teaching and my subjects. I therefore work overtime when preparing sessions to make sure each topic becomes as interesting and enjoyable for my students as is it is for me.
My approach to tutoring is very student-centred: I begin lessons with each new pupil by establishing exactly what they wish to achieve from our sessions, what they struggle with and how to ensure their needs are met. I am familiar with all the main exam boards, and I have had extensive experience helping students perfect their exam and revision technique.
In my spare time I enjoy reading books and scuba diving.
