I teach children in English and Mathematics throughout the Primary age range and beyond. I have extensive experience and success in preparing children for SATs and independent schools' entrance examinations. I have the personal qualities to build up a child's confidence so that he or she can begin to enjoy learning.

I am professional, dependable and thorough in my methods whilst being friendly, approachable and sympathetic to the needs of each individual.

Availability: I can offer evenings from 4.00pm, Saturdays and daytime sessions for home-schooled children.

I am happy to travel to pupils' homes but I offer a £2.00 per hour discount if I teach in my home.

Experience: I am a teacher with 21 years of experience in state and independent schools as well as running my own tuition centre. Before becoming a self-employed tutor I was Director of Studies at a top independent school in Worcestershire.

I am not a part-time tutor, tuition has been my sole livelihood since 1998. In that time I have taught hundreds of children of all ages and abilities. I have many letters of thanks from happy parents which are available for viewing. Just ask!
