I have a slightly old-fashioned teaching style in the classroom but really change approach to suit the individual when tutoring one on one. Hard work is important but learning has to be enjoyable too. I enjoy relating science to everyday life and this seems to greatly help some of my pupils. I am there to help,explain and facilitate, but it is the pupil who needs to learn.Sometimes we might go off subject slightly to provide some deeper insight and place the lessons in the grand scheme of things because education is not just about passing exams.
Availability: I am available in the evening, weekends and holidays.

Experience: Two years teaching science in school. 7 years tutoring experience.
Qualifications: Science Degree, PGCE, Behaviour management post-graduate diploma.
