I recently graduated from the University of Lincoln with a Fine Art degree. I am a motivated and creative individual, with skills in Art, Textiles, English and Music to name but a few.
My art practice ranges from strong developed skills in painting and drawing, through to a recent focus in 3D and video work. I am a versatile artist, and believe it important to hone expressive abilities into practical and technical application.
The quality of art teaching during my education has impacted my practice greatly. I feel that it is highly important for passion to be instilled into every pupil. I believe creativity can inhabit every being; only the necessary tools and motivations are needed to display this creativity in whichever form it chooses to take. With positive encouragement, learners will take hold of the phrase I can!, and use it to achieve great things. This belief is the background to my art and what motivates me art that engages socially, that embraces all types, and that brings the joy of discovery and achievement to the lives of all.
