I teach piano, all genres (classical, jazz, blues, pop etc). I also teach music theory.
My lessons encourage a relaxed, fun approach to learning the piano, and I aim to pass on my enthusiasm and nurture a lifelong interest in this rewarding instrument.

Experience: I graduated with a BA (Hons) from the University of Cambridge, and have studied with Nelly Ben-Or, international concert pianist, professor at the Guildhall and the leading exponent of the application of the Alexander Technique in piano playing. I first started teaching piano when I was 13, mentored by my own piano teacher, and I now teach full time. My playing and teaching has been strongly influenced by the principals of the Alexander Technique.
Qualifications: I hold a BA (Hons) Cantab and am currently studying for my ATCL (Diploma from Trinity Guildhall) and the Certificate of Teaching from the ABRSM.
