I lead and coach my team to meet up their everyday duties by ensuring great service, standards and availability.

To set high expectations for pupils’ behavior and maintain a good standard of discipline through well focused teaching, fostering positive relationships and implementing the school’s behavior policy.

To assess record and report on the attendance, progress, development and attainment of assigned pupils and keep such records as are required by the school’s systems.

I ensure compliance routines are followed to ensure allocate resources necessary to deliver the curriculum area(s) within an allocated budget. To advise and support other members of staff on the content and delivery of the curriculum area(s).

To organize exam papers and provide safe custody and organize examination materials, including question in accordance with regulation.

To encourage a positive examination culture in the school to which all students and staff subscribe

To contribute on formulation and implementation of the updated curriculum that ensures the best education among our pupils to make sure they are best turnouts of the
school.

To communicate effectively with parents of pupils and with persons or bodies outside the school who are concerned with the welfare of students, after consultation with appropriate staff.

Availability: Friday Saturday and Sunday in Day time
