I am a full-time, professional tutor who tutors students throughout the Salisbury area. I have tutored students from a wide range of schools throughout the area, including many from South Wilts, Bishops Wordsworth, Godolphin and Marlborough and I am fully versed in all exam boards and specifications. I pride myself on my ability to make complex topics less daunting and enabling my students to see through any confusion and to actually understand their work, overcoming their problems to be able to excel. I am a friendly tutor and I want my students to feel comfortable asking me any questions about their work, no matter how silly they make think their question is, if it will help their understanding it is vital!I am a very patient tutor and I believe that everyone learns in their own unique way. If a student does not understand a topic when explained in a certain way I will go out of my way to find an explanation that will click for them. I believe that exam practice is vital for students and I have access to all exam papers and mark schemes for each exam board. I will provide my students with these materials as well as additional practice papers that I have produced myself. In additional to this we will work through papers together to ensure that the student is fully confident in their exam technique and that they know exactly what to expect come exam day.
