At GCSE level I focus in particular on widening vocabulary and improving confidence, as often the greatest barrier to learning a language is the fear of making mistakes. At A-Level I place as much emphasis on exam technique as on the language itself, as in my experience this is the best way to achieve excellent results.

I recently graduated from Oxford with a First Class BA in History. I love working with young people and in my teaching I focus not only on developing knowledge but on boosting confidence and improving revision and exam techniques, areas which often hold the key to academic success.
