I believe that the only way for children to learn is through feeling engaged and interested. It is a tutors role to make sure this happens. Learning should be fun and creative; it is important to constantly find imaginative ways to inspire students.

Each student is different, and it is necessary to isolate where he or she is struggling, and to plan an approach to accordingly.

I run a theatre company. My background in drama, alongside my rigorous academic training at Oxford, means that as a tutor I constantly try to find creative ways of igniting interest in learning.

I have a 2.1. in English from Oxford University, and tutor in English, Drama, History, and Philosophy.
