Hello, my name is Benjamin and I am a 25 year old University of Leeds graduate. I am currently teaching in a Merseyside academy, this is my second year. I studied as a trainee teacher (PGCE) at the University of Manchester two years ago.

I'm very friendly and easy going and love teaching all the sciences! In my spare time I love watching and playing american football, I've even been lucky enough to have played on the Great Britain squad!

I am keen to do work over the school holidays (Christmas, Easter etc) and a discount could be used over the holidays.

Experience: I have been teaching in a North West academy for over a year now. The school has boasted 99% 5 A*-C GCSE rates, the best in the authority! Ihave taught all Key Stages, GCSE Science as well as AS Biology. I have also been fortunate enought to work with BTEC Health and Social Care. As part of my PGCE course I have been able to gain large amounts of teaching experience. I've spent my first placement within a mixed comprehensive in Bolton from Year7 - Year10 covering a wide ability range.
