I have been a science teacher for the past 8 years working part time at the same school for the last 4 years, whilst I also care for my young family. I have also worked as a science technician and supply teacher prior to my current role. As well as science I am also currently teaching GCSE child development and Teaching and writing a scheme of work for the new specification environmental and land based science GCSE, both of which I thoroughly enjoy. I love science and endeavour through my teaching to enthuse my pupils to develop a deeper understanding of concepts which will obviously enable them to gain better grades!
Availability: week day evenings and some afternoons available

Experience: I have worked as a science teacher for the past 8 years, mostly teaching the secondary age range however I have taught at Fe including teaching adult learners. I also worked as a science technician for 3 years thus consider myself to have a sound general science background upto GCSE with a specialism of Biology upto and including A level I am also able to teach GCSE child development and GCSE environmental and landbased science.
Qualifications: Chemistry, Biology A level, BSc Hons Microbiology 2:1. PGCE science 11-18
