I have a Biochemistry/molecular genetics research background with experience of teaching up to A level in schools. I have the ability to explain complicated concepts in a way that makes them seem simple and as a result my students tend to achieve particularly good results in exams.

I adapt lesson plans to individual requirements and will teach in a way that suits the strengths of each individual student.

Along with the more typical GCSE/A level teaching, I have experience of tutoring mature students in both Biology and Chemistry and experience of building confidence and teaching scientific thinking skills to pre-GCSE teens.
