Unique tutoring service provided. Most tutors just “turn up to tutor”. I on the other hand provide:

1. Curriculum Advice – tutoring not just about having a tutor who can teach subject, before process commences having experience to determine education needs putting forward striges to assist student. Either an initial telephone call or dealing with email inquiries.
2. Resource Advice – additional books or websites to consult to aid child’s learning.
3. Mentoring – for students to become positive learners they need to believe they can achieve and more importantly that learning is not a quick process. To develop learning students, need firstly understand before they can appropriately apply said knowledge.
4. Tutoring- specialism: Early Years KS1-KS3 – maths Early Years, KS1-KS4 Literacy and English KS5 English Literature and English Language, adult learners
5. Homework Help
6. Experience tutoring home schooled students
7. Experience tutoring Looked After Children
8. SEN – experience developing strategies to aid students
9. Study Skills/Exam techniques – providing learning strategies to assist students and their parents
10. Summaries of lessons – so that student can review and practise

Availability: Morning: Monday-Saturday
Afternoon: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday
Evening: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday

Willing to travel: 5 miles

Experience: I have over 10 years` experience teaching/tutoring:
Primary - Early Years KS1-KS2 (Years 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5)
Secondary - KS3-KS5
Adult Learners
