Hello!! My name is Asma. I am 18 years old and currently studying a BA Honours degree in Primary Education.
I am a very well mannered, honest and friendly person who understands that people learn in different ways and patience is needed in order to achieve the best possible outcome, especially with children. I possess good communication skills and am able to talk to different people at different levels according to their age and understanding. I am not afraid to try new methods teaching or explaining something in a different way.
I love knowing that I have taught something to someone and made a difference, especially children because whatever they learn effectively now will stay with them for the rest of their lives and be the foundation of what they build their future knowledge upon.
As aforementioned I am studying a degree to become a teacher and am very passionate about my career. I would like to use this opportunity to develop my skills further as well as make a positive difference to your child.
Although I may be young, I believe that I will be able to communicate better with the children as I have the advantage of knowing the current school syllabus as I was taught it not too long ago and also not to mention that I am studying it as part of my degree!

Availability: Monday - Friday: 5pm-7pm
Saturday - Sunday: 11am - 7pm

Experience: I have experience of working with children in a primary school environment as a classroom assistant My main roles and responsibilities included assisting teachers in the classroom with specific focus on differentiation, explaining questions to children and working with them ensuring that they understand what they are suppose to be learning .
Also, I used to be volunteer during school holidays at a half term fun club for children aged 3-11 years as a teacher. I was required to put together activities that would be suitable for all of the children who were mixed ability and mixed in age.
In addition, I have tutored family members and siblings of friends who have all seen a positive difference in their learning.
