A passionate teacher, who has tremendous potential to teach and train students at any level.I have 5 years of teaching experience of Business Management Modules. During that period I have gained valuable knowledge and experience about Teaching. I also have teaching qualifications (PTTLS) & PGCE. I have thorough knowledge of Teaching Legislations. My approach to Teaching is constructive. I believe that learners construct their own reality or at least that learners interpret reality based upon their interpretations of their experiences. This entails that an individual`s acquisition of knowledge is a function of their prior experiences, mental structures, and the beliefs that are used to interpret objects and events. further More, I believe teaching should be structured to help students to relate new knowledge to existing knowledge so that what is learned is meaningful for the learner. When this happens, recall and application of knowledge improves. I Follow objective approach when the student (beginners) don`t have any prior knowledge about the subject. I work as a cognitivist when student needs to enhance and develop the existing knowledge for the further growth and development.
